Next year, I-Day is Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
The exhibit floor opens at 9 am and closes at 1 pm. The morning speaker is from 10-11 am and lunch (featuring our keynote speaker) is from 1-3:30 pm. The cocktail party is from 4:30-6:30 pm.
We have over 1,400 people in attendance.
The event sells out each year. Get your tickets early for the best pricing and to avoid missing out!
No, we do not share an attendee list prior to or after the event.
When you attend Buffalo I-Day, you are enrolled in an annual membership to the club. Your membership term runs from October 1st through September 30th. As a member, you will receive advance notice of all our events and the opportunity to serve on our board.
Registration for general attendee tickets, exhibitor booths, and sponsor packages for the 2026 event will open in October of 2025. To be alerted when tickets go on sale, please request to be added to our mailing list here or check back at buffaloiday.com in October.

Tickets to Buffalo I-Day are non-refundable. However, you can easily transfer your ticket to another attendee at no charge by contacting info@insclubbuffalo.com with the new attendee's name, email address, and phone number.
Yes, your table will be reserved if you are purchasing tickets in multiples of 10. Please note, we will do our best to accommodate your request, however, there are a limited number of tables available for reservation. Therefore, requests will be granted on a first come, first served basis.
We will have a block of rooms available at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo on a first come, first served basis. Please visit our Hotel Information page for a list of other hotels located conveniently nearby.
The Buffalo Convention Center has many paid parking options within walking distance. For directions and a map of these parking areas, CLICK HERE.
The facility is fully wheelchair accessible, including exhibit halls, meeting rooms, and ballrooms. Elevators and wheelchair ramps for the physically challenged are located on the Marquee Level. Bathrooms throughout BCC are wheelchair accessible. If you have any additional special needs, please contact Jess Spino at info@insclubbuffalo.com or (716) 226-8727.
Special dietary requirements can be indicated for each attendee during registration. You may also email info@insclubbuffalo.com to add or make changes to attendee dietary requirements.
The exhibitor package is pricing will be announced when tickets go on sale for the 2026 event in October of 2025.
The exhibitor package includes one 10’x10’ booth space in the general area, an 8’ table with tablecloth, two chairs, and two general admission tickets to Buffalo I-Day.
Electric hookups are available upon request, and must be ordered at the time of registration. Any hookups requested the morning of the I-Day will be subject to a $100 additional charge.
Move in and booth setup times will be announced in early 2026.
Booth spaces are assigned by our committee in an attempt to spread competitors out. Booth assignments will be sent to the primary registrant via email approximately 30 days prior to the event.
In most cases, we make every effort to place you in or near the same spot as you were in the year before. We will also try to accommodate any requests for relocation, but this is subject to availability.
When booth assignments are sent, we will also include a link to the exhibitor handbook, which will include detailed shipping instructions and other information about ordering additional items for your booth.
Yes, all of this information will be included in the exhibitor handbook.
Additional booths are available to sponsors only. It is a second exhibitor package, which includes two additional tickets as well. Pricing will be announced when tickets go on sale in October of 2025.
